Steps of faith
Throw away a stone
Throw away a stoneFind a small pebble or stone and carry it around with you for a week. Use it to symbolise the things you are sorry for, or the things that are heavy and which you have been carrying around.
At the end of the week, throw it away – perhaps into a river or the sea.
Forgotten and left behind.
“If you are tired from carrying heavy burdens, come to me and I will give you rest.” Jesus, in Matthew 11:28
