CS Lewis

{title}

Our famous follower in these pages is CS Lewis, known as ‘the apostle to the sceptics’ in 20th century Britain, but his books, including Narnia, are read around the world. He is the author of scholarly books, science fiction, popular theology and his children’s classics, the Chronicles of Narnia. All of them shot through with his imaginative and powerful retelling of the Christian story.

These pages were written by Stephen Tomkins.

Corrie ten Boom

{title}

Our famous follower in these pages is Corrie ten Boom, whose family courageously provided a refuge for Jews and others wanted by the Nazis during the German occupation of Holland in the 1940s.

These pages were written by Howard Ingham.

Sport

{title}

Do faith and sport mix? Which side is God on? Can praying help win a race, get a hole in one or score in a penalty shoot-out? In these pages we interview sporting heroes who have some of the answers.

All the interviews are by Stuart Weir

Finding faith

{title}

In these pages, we take a down-to-earth look at religious faith by asking people about their experience. Some people have a rock-solid sort of faith, while others seem to cling on by their fingernails. What’s your experience? How would you answer our five questions (see below).

Steps of faith

{title}

Jesus was someone who stretched the faith of people around him. He constantly dared people to see things differently, to act differently and to take steps of faith towards God.

Green Jesus

{title}

We asked a number of Christians in different professions some questions about Jesus’ green credentials and how they follow Jesus today, in the light of environmental impact, climate change and all issues green.

We also asked them what plant they’d be, hence the images to the left.

We would still like to hear from a: Walker, Flower Arranger, Organic Restaurateur, Farmer, Vet, Architect, Travel Agent and any other relevant professionals. Contact one of the editors if you’re interested.
