Words on a page can sometimes be hard to interpret. Is the person who
wrote them joking or serious? Are they giving me a playful dig in the
ribs, or asking a serious question? Emoticons can help by adding expression
or 'emotion' to the words. Just look at each symbol sideways to see the
face...
